It was a pleasure to see Stubbe’s Fast Track building system in action. New developments benefit immensely from the speed and efficiency of pre-designed units. For this project, footings were installed in the fall of 2024 and by fall of 2025, they’re already projecting 50 percent occupancy. That’s the kind of ingenuity helping drive growth in Oxford and across Ontario.
