Today, we raised the Dutch flag at Queen’s Park to commemorate Dutch Heritage Month and Dutch Liberation Day on May 5th. During WWII, brave Canadian soldiers helped liberate the Netherlands from tyranny. I’m proud to celebrate my Dutch heritage along with 500,000 other Ontarians.
